Thalassa By Day

At very reasonable prices, we offer delicious fresh salads, juicy burgers, original pizzas and wonderful sandwiches.  

For those with a bigger appetite we offer pasta, meat and seafood dishes and deserts. All served with our wide range of drinks and cocktails.

We also offer sun lounges and umbrellas at a very reasonable price. 

Thalassa By Night

By night, Thalassa is transformed into a seaside magic experience with special relaxed lighting, a gentle music lounge and a view of moonlight reflected on the sea surface. 

The menu becomes more gastronomic with colourful salads, starters and gourmet main dishes.

We will impress you most with our Hot Stone dishes where you are free to cook at your table a choice of juicy cut prime aged beef or a selection of seafood such as scallops, fresh salmon, tiger prawns or sea-bream fillet exactly how you like them.

In our seductive wine list we offer you a small but select range of local and international wines, fruity whites, full bodied reds or crystal rosé.  

After your dinner our Chill-Out Bar offers an “exotic” experience, with shisha or hookah pipes to exorcise all worries with their fragrant smoke.

Our Chef

​Our Chef Demetris Genadiou is the Executive Chef at the Thalassa Hot Stone Grill and Chill-out Bar since its opening in 2012.  He has developed an innovative and exciting menu which respects culinary traditions while remembering that great cooking is about fresh ingredients handled with sensitivity and passion.

Transmitting emotions through a balance of aromas, flavours and colours, Chef Demetris allows you to sample some of the finest dishes of International fusion cuisine, and our new concept in dining, the hot stone grill.  

One of our signature dishes… Rib-eye Steak ‘Americano’
A juicy rib-eye with caramelized onions, grilled fresh vegetables and your choice of sautéed, Williams or jacket potato, served with a smoked honey mustard sauce.

We are also proud of our Hot Stone dishes

Grilling on stone is recognized as one of the healthiest methods of cooking as all produce is completely trimmed of fats and no added oil is used.  We are passionate about cooking on the stone; it’s fun, interactive and cooks every mouthful exactly as you like, with the last bite as hot and delicious as the first. 

Either a choice of juicy cut prime aged beef or a selection of seafood such as scallops, fresh salmon, tiger prawns or sea-bream fillet to be cooked on a hot lava stone will surprise and amaze.
